Bette Carlson, M.D., FAAP

While training at Chicago Medical School and Children's Hospital of Los Angeles, Dr. Carlson developed special interests in high-risk newborns, nutrition, critical care, and adolescents.

Dr. Carlson has been a pediatrician for over 25 years and has enjoyed being an active member of Hoag Hospital Medical Staff and the Pediatric Department since 1996. She is an experienced mother, a CHOC affiliate, and an extensive community volunteer.
